Σύνοψη

The reason this project was undertaken, was to develop a New Computerized Accounts Payable System, of a Trading, Service and Manufacturing company.
The new system must be fast and accurate in producing results, A group of companies should be able to be handled by the system. The new system must also include the following : monthly and year end procedures, cheque issuing, report producing and on-line enquiry facilities.
A User's Manual will also be provided, to be used by the intended user's.
The investigation and analysis of the system follows thestructure of the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
This investigation, was completed only up to Activity 9 : Programming and Testing/ The report could not continue for installing, testing and reviewing the system, due to lack of time.
The existing manual A/F System has been found inefficient and inaccurate. A new computerized system will be designed, coded and implemented in order to replace the existing system.
