Σύνοψη

The aim of this project is to design the Air Conditioning System for a 4 storey building having showrooms and offices. The building location is in Nicosia.
The showrooms and offices are designed for people working from 8.00 a.m. until 7.00 p.m. throughout the year.
In the procedure of this project calculations of the U-value for the Roofs and Walls were performed. Also calculations of the cooling/heating load using a computer programme analysed at the H.T.I..
Then sizing of equipment and piping were performed. Slection of the equipment followed. Finally a Cost Analysis was prepared. All these are in this project including the working drawings of the building.
In order the system to work properly, and perform the task for which it was designed, the selected equipment is of the proper capacity and it was properly positioned.
The whole project is divided into 10 chapter and the content of each one is presented in this report.
