Σύνοψη

The object of this project is to investigate the effect
of overhangs and reveals on the thermal load of windows by using a computer program. First of all the principles, importance and the effect of the direct solar radiation on the thermal load in buildings is studied.
Furthermore various combinations of overhangs reveals
and orientations are investigated and suitable printouts and graphs are presented. Comments are done on the
combination is found for under examination. findings and each window. Also the advantages and disadvantages window combination are discussed.
