Σύνοψη

The goal of the analysis which follows is to convert a manual Inventory Control Subsystem into a computerized one. The main task that the system achieves is to keep control on the stock of a warehouse with various paint products and also to give many important information about stock movements like Stock Arrivals, Stock Sales, Sales Returns, Lost/Damaged Stock.
The development of this subsystem takes as its basis all those principles which have to be followed in order to have the right control on the stock of a warehouse and also to have at any moment correct, accurate and up to date information.
The conclusion which is derived from the following analysis is that a computerised system can avoid human errors, can provide accurate, quick and up to date information and can save a lot of timework which is met in a manual inventory system.
