Σύνοψη

The project conditions as drafted by my supervisor Mr Kkolas were to visit local offices of Quantity Surveyors, with them Civil and Architectural offices and discuss the contracts they use.
During my project period, I have visited offices of Quantity Surveyor, Civil Engineers and Architects as required. I found it important to see and study their own way of thinking about and handling building and civil engineering contracts as well.
In the following report give a brief analysis of what I found out from my visits to these offices. I also make a comparison on the actual contracts as they are used in Cyprus with the standard forms as have been prepared and used abroad.
