Σύνοψη

The purpose of this study was to state the effect of
development on the environment, as well as the solution proposed by the NEPA (National Environment Policy Act) together with the assessments which have to be made before the erection of a project.
Chapter 1 primarily analyses the structure of the atmosphere. Then a reference is made to the sources, classification and mode of formation of air pollutants.
Chapter 2 describes the physical and chemical water parameters and their impacts upon the human and the environment.
Chapter 3 analyses how excessive noise can influence humans and the problems it can cause.
Chapter 4 states the four types of biospheric threats that can affect biological survival of individual humans.
Chapter 5 states the effect of development on economic environment.
Chapter 6 states the effect of development on sociocultur environment.
Chapter 7 analyses the environmental impact analysis law in its sections.
Chapter 8 is an environmental impact analysis of the Y.I.T. Center Project.
Chapter 9 is a cost assessment of the Y.I.T. Center Project
