Σύνοψη

The aim of this project is to study methods of improvement of productivity of a metal industry and particularly STELCO LTD., due to management.
In order to achieve this aim one had to involve to the methods of transfer of information of the management to the production line and notice all the mistakes which arise during this transformation and sequently suggest all the ideal solutions which could be adopted by the manufacture.
All the methods suggested are based on a job shop manufacture and are chosen as the most suitable for STELCO.
