Σύνοψη

The purpose of this project is to present the theory of
the design and detailing of reinforced concrete beams. To develop a computer program for the design and detailing of reinforced concrete beams and apply the program to test problems.In this project I used the followings:
(a)Quick Basic 4.5 as a computer language.
(b)British Standards BS 8110 for the design's formulae.
The main conclusion of the project is that the use of computers in engineering can make our life easier. Also the computers offer speed and accuracy to the calculations and every respect.
We are living into the century of computers so to learn
programming and using a computer is a must.
