Σύνοψη

The purpose of my study on the subject "Transportation study of Polemidhia municibality area" is to give an idear of the existing transportation problems faced in the Polemidhia area.
The project started with an analysis of traffic control devices. Some problems were analised and some suggestions for improvement of these problems were made.
Then, the project proceed by analysing the land transportation terminals.
The parking problem and types of parking was discuss a lot.
Then some reference was made on Bus system and the types of bus service.
Suggestions for improving the bus system was made.
Also, some measures for enlightenment of the people were introduced, for reducing the number of traffic accidents. An accident analysis was made for the last two years (96-97).
