Σύνοψη

The objectives of this project are :
1) To study the Cyprus Standard concerning the Performance characteristics of flat-plate solar collectors.
2) To identify the parameters affecting the thermal performance of flat-plate solarcollectors
3) To carry out experimental test and investigate the performance characteristicsof different types of flat-plate solar collectors, using the methods described in the Cyprus Standard.
4) To classify the tested collectors according to their performance.
The tests were conducted at the Applied Energy Research Centre of the Ministry of Commerce, Industry & Tourism.
