Σύνοψη

This project as the name implies deals with the inventory control system of a manufacturing firm. It examines the existing control system, present suggestions and solutions for eliminating the above deficiencies presenting also a cost appraisal analysis for this suggestions. Finally it presents the main conclusions of the existing control system ad specific recommendations for any further work.
