Σύνοψη

The objectives of this project are to examine and comment on the manufacturing processes, and any related activities, carried out in an industry.

The study was carried out in CARLSBERG. This company produces beer. All the quality control and methods how to keep the quality of beer up are mentioned.

In the first chapter reference is made on quality management and total quality management.
In the second chapter reference is made on quality control objectives and procedures.

In the third chapter the manufacturing procedures for CARLSBERG beer are presented in detail.
The fourth chapter analyses the quality control of beer in the particular factory.

In the fifth chapter the parameters that affect the quality of beer during its production, and how its quality is kept up through the different stages.

The sixth chapter reference is made on quality tools which are used to improve the quality of products.

In the seventh chapter reference is made on productivity. Factors that affect productivity together with ways of improving it are stated.

In the eighth chapter some improvements are suggested for a best quality company.

In the ninth chapter some conclusions were written which were taken from the whole project.
