The main objective of this study was to evaluate and propose means and methods aiming at increasing the productivity of a factory producing shoes ( Alpha shoes ) - ECCO Ltd.
The factors involved in the overall procedure of improving working conditions for more efficient use of the exporting facilities, and modification of the current methods used as to improve productivity are discussed.
