Σύνοψη

The design of the electrical services of a building are represented in this project. The block of flats consists of 5 floors and a parking area on the ground floor. Each floor consists of 5 flats. The flats on each floor are the same.
The Main Objectives of this Project were:
I) To design the complete electrical services for a specified block of flats which includes the following:
a) Power and lighting
b) Central antena T.V. system
c) Telephone installation
2) To study the illumination engineering involved.
3) To provide all necessary diagrams schedule of materials and costing including
labour.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Voltage supply 415/240V, 50Hz, T.T. Earthing system.
2. The work must be carried out with reference to the plans provided (shown at
the back of the project).
3. Supply for lift room and machinery.
4. Three suitable water pumps should be considered.
5. lEE 16th Edition and EAC regulations must be complied with.
6. In designining the lighting load the CIBS code must be considered.
