Σύνοψη

The purpose of this project is to explain the load action on High-Rise buildings, to discuss the historically development of high-rise buildings, to refer to the common high-rise structures and behavior under load and final to explain the controlling building drift.
Chapter 1 describes the dead load, live load, snow, rain and ice loads and the wind action on high-rise buildings.
Chapter 2 describes the loads due to restrained volume changes of materials. In this, we can read about creep and shrinkage, impact and dynamic loads and blast loads.
Chapter 3 describes the common high-rise building structures- We can read the basic structural elements.
Chapter 4 describes the common high-rise building structure and their behavior under load.
Chapter 5 describes the controlling Building Drift, We can read about the efficient building forms and the counteracting force or dynamic response.
Chapter 6 describes some approximate structural analysis and design of building. We can read about the approximate analysis for vertical loading, for bearing walls, and for lateral loading. We can read about approximate design of rigid frame buildings.
