The present report deals with the design of rural
At-Grade Intersections. Several considerations and objectives have to be studied before designing an intersection. The various types and layouts of at qrade rural intersections and their merits are studied in this
project. Also the various methods of capacity analysis
of intersections are studted. In the present report a qeneral account of intersection improvement is given. The dangerous intersection of Tseriou Street with Pythonos and Heracleous is studied / and several improvem~ntf are proposed, and the solution
which fits best, in w~iter;s opinion, is sugqested.
