Σύνοψη

The object of this project was the implementation of quality control procedures for a footwear industry. The factory was specified to be BAT A SHOES LTD. The output of that factory is about 1000 pairs of shoes per day. The whole content of the project is divided into five main parts. The Quality Control, the incoming inspection, the process inspection, the final inspection and the Quality cost. All the charts and tables are included in the appendices and reference to them is given within the main content.
