Σύνοψη

The objective of this project is to write the necessary manuals /procedures for the ISO 9001:2000 as those are appropriate for a specific small industry/office.
The case study was carried out at the prenuses of LINDE - HADJIKYRIAKOS INDUSTRIES L ill, which are located at Latsia industrial area in Nicosia.
This company deals with the production of nitrogen, carbon dioxide, industrial and medical oxygen.
Another part of the company's business is the filling of oxygen, nitrogen, dioxide, acetylene, argon, and mixtures of argon, carbon - dioxide and nitrogen.
The company has four departments mainly Hydrostatic Inspection Workshop, Quality Inspection Workshop, Sales Department and Store Department.
The manuals/procedures of the project are for the Hydrostatic Inspection Workshop.
The whole content of the project is divided into four chapters, which contain:

Chapter one: The quality definitions and the general idea of quality are presented.
Chapter two: The ISO 9000 and general requirements of quality management system are introduced.
Chapter three: Refers to the job description, management responsibility and authority.
Chapter four: Describes the objectives of the procedure and instructions for the Hydrostatic Inspection workshop.
